A hosted session's .mcp.json servers were capped by a hard-coded 16 in the agent, but how many a tenant may add is policy.

The grant's limits gains optional max_mcp_json_servers (omitted from the wire when absent; vectors and old grants are byte-identical). The agent enforces it, keeping only a hard ceiling of 64 that applies when the claim is absent or larger. Grant-sourced connectors stay uncounted; the single summary warning names which limit applied. test-support minter and beyond-ai-demo mint-grant --limits-max-mcp-json-servers set it; ARCHITECTURE.md updated.

Failing first: the three new mcp_json tests (limit below ceiling, no limit over 64 entries, limit above 64) failed on the old fixed cap; the grant round-trip test covers the new claim.

The 16-server cap on a hosted session's .mcp.json was a constant in the agent, but the number is policy. The grant's limits now carry max_mcp_json_servers (omitted from the wire when absent, so existing grants and vectors are byte-identical). The agent keeps only a hard ceiling of 64, applied when the claim is absent or larger. Grant connectors stay uncounted; the summary warning names which limit applied.
