The first browser call took 18.2 s, 14.7 s of it installing the browser stack inside the exec front's first request, which risks the agent's handshake timeout.

up.sh now builds an E2B template once (e2b_browser_template: named by a hash of the install script, found and reused if present; account-owned, so down.sh keeps it), the front boots browser VMs from it, warms Chromium and starts the bridge beside the bundle seed, and AI_AGENT_MCP_ALLOW_PRIVATE is removed (a sandbox connector may reach the exec origin since #482). The vm-created check now keys on the first browser tool the model calls.

Live (SANDBOX=both, one up): browser 6/6, first call to result 10.5 s (VM 3.0, bundle 0.9, bridge 5.7, call 0.9), open 311 ms, 0 exec requests and 0 VMs at open. Coding 6/6, VM first result 3.8 s, unchanged. Teardown verified zero.

The first browser call spent 14.7 s installing Chromium and supergateway inside the front's first
request. up.sh now builds an E2B template once (named by a hash of its install script, reused if it
exists), the VM boots from it, Chromium is warmed and the bridge started beside the bundle seed, and
the AI_AGENT_MCP_ALLOW_PRIVATE switch is gone: a sandbox connector may dial the exec origin.
