…erences Remove all references to the 12 bitwarden-labs repos consolidation from documentation. The docs/ folder now covers only the admin-scripts repository (80+ Bash/PowerShell scripts). Key changes: - refactor-plan.md: Removed repos from goals, deleted Week 3 repos analysis tasks, stripped repos columns from tables, reduced timeline from 14-18 to 12-16 weeks, bumped version to 1.2 - script-inventory.md: Deleted 194-line Repos Folder Analysis section, rewrote overlaps/metrics/priorities for admin-scripts only - architecture.md: Deleted 44-line Repos Integration Strategy section, fixed executive summary counts - phase0-completion.md: Fixed metrics, consolidation targets, removed mono-repo planning block, adjusted Phase 1 to 2 weeks Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
