fix(docs): pill install picker with a sliding thumb - #156

The package-manager switch was a rounded rectangle whose active fill swapped instantly. Make the track and thumb pills, matching the hero buttons and search box, and slide one thumb between equal-width tabs. Motion is disabled under prefers-reduced-motion.
