Adds the LineEnding, IllegalSymbol, OverloadMethodsDeclarationOrder, UnusedTryResourceShouldBeUnnamed and NumericalPrefixesInfixesSuffixesCharacterCase checkstyle rules, and converts Java sources with CRLF line endings to LF to satisfy LineEnding. Brings the build tooling and checkstyle rules in line with RSyntaxTextArea 4.x.

Dependency bumps (matching RSyntaxTextArea):
Gradle is already at 9.8.0, newer than RSyntaxTextArea's 9.6.1, so it is unchanged.
Checkstyle rules added to
config/checkstyle/checkstyle.xml, copied from RSTA changes since 4.0.0:LineEndingIllegalSymbolOverloadMethodsDeclarationOrder(ordered by increasing parameter count)UnusedTryResourceShouldBeUnnamedNumericalPrefixesInfixesSuffixesCharacterCaseUseEnhancedSwitchis added commented out, as in RSTALineEndingrequires LF, so 11 Java source files that had CRLF line endings were converted to LF. That accounts for nearly all of the diff size; usegit diff -w --ignore-space-at-eolto review. Nothing else in the sources changed.Not included: RSTA's
javaHeader.txtsimplification, which required rewriting the license header in every source file, and the suppressions file, which has no changes in RSTA since 4.0.0.Test plan
