- Bumped direct dependencies in apps/api, apps/ui, apps/docs using bun add --exact - Refreshed the three bun.lock files - Kept all security overrides and @typescript-eslint/utils parity pins unchanged - Validated with bun run check, typechecks, and builds This commit is based directly on origin/main for a focused diff.

Bumps via bun add --exact respecting each app's 7-day minimumReleaseAge policy (and MinimumReleaseAgeExcludes for security).
