Portfolio set (prx-5jk). Turns the in-session lra/prx comparison into a Medium-ready draft: shared thesis (durability is engineering), component map, genuine convergences (state-unit==beads, no unearned progress, anti-swarm via single-writer custody, crash protects work not correctness), real divergences (durable-execution replay vs signed content-addressed DAG; the fail-closed merge gate), and the differentiator: capability-security / ocap framed as SLSA-for-agents. Ends with an honest grade note on prx own claims. DRAFT: lra-specific claims trace to the prior reading and are flagged at the top for verification against the current lra source before publishing. prx side is grounded in code.
