Lane A. The outward-pull idea as a standalone essay: one Zod VerbSpec projected to CLI + MCP + Anthropic + OpenAPI, drift made unrepresentable (pure projection, no codegen). Honest scope — it's the projection layer, not the capability/security story; MIT, usable today. docs index regenerated (docs:render). Draft — wants a voice-pass.
