Adds TraceFold (5 stars, Rust, Apache-2.0) to Agent infrastructure, placed by star count next to the other 5-star entries per the sorting note in Contributing.
It constructs and checks an inverse for filesystem and git changes an AI coding agent makes before the change lands, signs each verdict as a DSSE-attested receipt appended to a tamper-evident log, and gates writes through a Cedar policy engine with four verdict states (admit, deny, escalate, policy-error).
