Add Loadout, mix2, and terminal-mcp

Adding three CLI coding agent tools:

• terminal-mcp (130⭐) → Agent infrastructure — MCP server exposing a terminal emulator to AI assistants
• mix2 (4⭐) → Session managers & parallel runners — terminal app that runs two coding agents as a team with independent opinions and disagreement disclosure
• Loadout (6⭐) → Agent infrastructure — adaptive context engine that detects your stack and equips the right context when you launch any AI coding agent

All three are MIT licensed, actively maintained, and have CLI interfaces. Entries placed by star count in the appropriate sections.
