Refactor drawable resources and update splash screen configuration

• Removed unused vector drawable files for Oppo, Samsung, Sony, Vivo, and Xiaomi.
• Deleted adaptive icon XML files and replaced them with JPG files for launcher icons across various densities.
• Updated splash screen configuration in XML files to use the new launcher icon and reduced animation duration.
• Added new feature strings for App Behavior Controller, Smart App Cooldown, Idle App Auto-Action, Action History Timeline, and System State Snapshots.
