…P4.2) The README + docs-site overview embed docs/demo/results-dashboard.png, which still showed the pre-P4.2 flat accordion wall. Regenerated via scripts/run_local_smoke.py so the shopfront matches the shipped lifecycle-stage grouping (anchor ToC + numbered Planning / Post-hoc / Execution / Decision).
