What changed
This adds Theme Preview, a nav-panel plugin for judging a live theme before it ships. It renders the bb shell in six representative configurations—new thread, thread, split, thread with panel, overlays, and settings—followed by a style guide computed directly from the active theme tokens.
The shell keeps bb's real 1360px geometry and scales it uniformly. Its toolbar and guide now respond to the actual panel width, so the mobile and narrow fixture classes stay readable without clipping or page overflow.
