Superseded by the staged delivery order: core relevance policy in get-bb/bb#2182, with the @plugin reference implementation in child PR get-bb/bb#2183 (native stack #2184). A fresh bb-plugins PR will be opened only after the core stack lands; marketplace submission remains gated on that bb-plugins merge. |
