?: offset, pageX를 이용해 드래그 스크롤 구현 dom 태그의 scrollLeft 속성 값을 제어해 스크롤 이벤트를 할당함 실제 dom의 위치를 고려해줘야 하므로 dom의 offsetLeft를 이용해 보정해줌
