Archiving a project's last session currently hides its folder, and projects cannot be restored independently. Persist a separate project archive flag so folders stay visible until explicitly archived, including empty folders.
Allow archived projects to be restored without restoring their sessions. Creating or restoring a session also restores its project. Existing configurations default to unarchived projects. Include an Unreleased changelog entry and regression coverage for persistence, last-session archiving, and empty-project restoration.
