Polish pass on the Studio-style grayscale console for two owner complaints: 线框太多 / 字号和字体不统一. No redesign.

Borders

• Cards: no hairline ring; separated from page by tone (light --background 0.985 vs white surface) + xs shadow. Nested .card .card renders as flat tone block (no border-on-border).
• Removed boxed border border-* on inner panels/notes/code blocks/empty states (incl. dashed) → bg-surface-secondary.
• Removed page-header underlines, inner border-t separators within cards, card-footer top borders (footer keeps tone), stat-grid divide-x, sidebar border-r, icon-tile / data-toolbar / release-notes-panel borders, secondary-button ring.
• Tables: no column ticks; row dividers only, softened. Inputs keep one 1px field border. One divider level kept for card headers.

One sans family (Geist + CJK fallback, unchanged); mono only via .mono/font-mono for IDs/keys/numbers. h1–h3 600, table column labels 500. Ad-hoc tracking-[-0.0Xem] variants removed. Chart ticks 10→11px.

• border* 250 → 88 · divide-* 26 → 22 · ring 2 / outline 3 unchanged
• arbitrary text-[Npx] 93 → 0 · Tailwind default size classes 217 → 133 (rest on tokens)

Screenshots (light+dark: overview, accounts, logs, keys, providers, settings) captured locally before/after with a fresh data dir.

Checks: npm run build, npm run lint (pre-existing warnings only), npm run sync, go build ./..., release-notes self-test + validate.
