Issue

Currently, we have 2 versions of our docs and 2 versions of our TF modules:

  1. track-2
  2. latest

Soon we will also have track-3 which will be cut from latest.

Solution

The TF modules should point to their respective sources:

RTD ?ref=
track-2 track/2
track-3 track/3
latest main

Checklist

  • I have added or updated relevant documentation.
  • PR title makes an appropriate release note and follows conventional commits syntax.
  • Merge target is the correct branch, and relevant tandem backport PRs opened.

Context

Since we default RTD to our latest track e.g., today track-2 and early next cycle track-3, we can be confident that our users will only land here on purpose. Or via a direct link with .*/latest/.* in the URL.
