@Kkoile this is a basic impl to publish the event queue metrics via openTelemetry. Currently only the global/cross tenant counts are published split by namespace. Can you check if that already works based on this branch? My test setup is not as good as with AFC ;) so for testing I need some support :)
The base is quite flexibel so we can extend the metrics with more information if required
FYI @oklemenz2 I'll add a switch to have the option to disable this in case this leads to unexpected issues.
