Summary

• consume six pending changesets and bump @cdot65/prisma-airs-cli to 3.3.0
• add v3.3.0 release notes for AI Gateway workspace CRUD/cost telemetry, Red Team adapters, STATIC scan defaults, and target scaffolds
• update AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and README.md with the new AI Gateway and Red Team adapter command surfaces and platform rules
• link AI Gateway directly into the Docusaurus documentation from the README
