Three target versions in the snapshot were older than what the registries already served when the claude-code-opus runs were made (2026-10-02 22:39 to 2026-10-03 00:49 UTC), so judging those runs against it marked current pins as stale.

libc                0.2.189 -> 0.2.190      released 2026-10-02 19:33 UTC
golang.org/x/tools  v0.50.0 -> v0.51.0      released 2026-10-02 18:49 UTC
python-dateutil     2.9.0   -> 2.9.0.post0  PyPI's current release (yul's resolver reports 2.9.0)

Every Opus run that added libc resolved 0.2.190, yul's own hook suggested x/tools v0.51.0 during the runs, and every python-dateutil run locked 2.9.0.post0. generated_at moves to 2026-10-03. Runs made before those releases should still be judged against the previous values.

…napshot

All three were already served by their registries when the
claude-code-opus runs were made, so the runs' current pins were being
judged stale.
