# `npm test` is the full suite and still fails on Linux — two pre-existing

#
# "imports an NFD-named source without a spurious checksum mismatch"
# ADR 0011 Decision 7 promises the NFD naming artifact must not block
# import, and the import gate (libraryImage.js:1181) accepts plain OR
# normalized checksums for that reason. The export self-check compares
# against the registry baseline, and on Linux the staged copy is in the
# opposite Unicode form: measured there, baseline=7c9fab4b (NFD plain)
# while the staged directory yields plain=norm=64d24639 (NFC).
#
# Ruled out by measurement, not assumption: the filesystem returns the
# NFD form on both platforms with byte-identical checksums, `cp` and a
# tar round-trip both preserve the form on both, so the divergence is
# introduced somewhere inside the export pipeline. Where exactly is not
# yet established, and guessing at it produced two wrong fixes already
# (c6fda80, 3d50484, both reverted — the second broke the import
# contract by removing normalization the receiver needs).
#
# Allowed to fail so the rest of the suite stays enforced. It remains on the
# checks list and in the branch-protection surface rather than disappearing.

Requires Node.js >= 20. The web manager uses the fixed default URL `http://127.0.0.1:4173`. Fill in the target project path on the page, and enable/disable skills. If that port is temporarily occupied, start with `PORT=<other-port> npm start`.

### Bundled spec-pipeline skills

This repository ships three skills under `skills/spec-pipeline/` that implement the direction-confirmation gate described in [`docs/research/0037`](docs/research/0037-spec-doc-pipeline-gaps-improvement-plan.md). They are tracked in git, so a clone has the content — but the project enablement links are not, by design: ADR 0011 Decision 4 keeps project enablements out of the library image (`lib/libraryImage.js` carries only `global` and `hermes` triples). Recreate the links once per checkout:

```bash
npm run enable:spec-pipeline
# preview without touching anything
npm run enable:spec-pipeline -- --dry-run
```

Then check that every spec in this repository satisfies the gate:

```bash
npm run check:specs
```

Both commands are idempotent. `check:specs` is also part of `npm test`; a repository with no `specs/` directory passes, and `--strict` inverts that.

The Web library keeps project, global, and Hermes enablement independent. Enabling a skill globally does not disable its project action: you can still add the same skill to the current project when that project needs its own setup, Claude Code synchronization, or explicit project-level precedence. Collection actions show separate project/global/Hermes progress; text search expands matching collections, while source and tag filters keep collections collapsed for compact browsing. The enabled panel presents project Agents and Claude Code as side-by-side channel slots, with full-width global and Hermes slots below; a shared enabled-skill search finds a name or source without scrolling long lists.

需要 Node.js >= 20。

```bash
npm run enable:spec-pipeline
# 只预览,不做任何改动
npm run enable:spec-pipeline -- --dry-run
```

```bash
npm run check:specs
```
