Document -SkipChocolateyGUI Parameter in Advanced Client Config

Description Of Changes

• Add clarifying documentation around the addition of the -SkipChocolateyGUI parameter being added to the Register-C4bEndpoint.ps1 script used in QSG for client registration.
• Do some basic linting of the page.

Motivation and Context

Add documentation for chocolatey/choco-quickstart-scripts#317 into QSG.

• I have previewed these changes using the Docker Container or another method before submitting this pull request.
