Pin refresh to linkly current main (ecfa408, post-#144 docs commit). This PR exists to (a) keep the pin close to main — it was 60 commits behind — and (b) run the linkly-sync gate — pin-check plus latest-main, which force-reinstalls lnpl from linkly@main and runs the full Testcontainers suite — as the machine evidence that this repo is compatible with current linkly.
