- Eclipse: canonicalise root and -app jdt.core.prefs; add eclipse.wtp block to build.gradle (Issue 13); normalise root org.eclipse.buildship.core.prefs to minimal 2-line form
- server.xml: remove cicsts:core-1.0, httpEndpoint, monitoring config
- Remove stale maven-wrapper.jar; update .gitignore
- README: standard structure — strengthen step 6 (Required, WEB-INF/lib consequence), fix CICS Explorer SDK note step reference (5 -> 3 and 6), rewrite Downloading section (EGit/CLI fork), remove recommended label from Bundle Plugin section
