The EKS cluster pool manager and eks-cluster-delete only ever run from
main. Stable EKS jobs dispatch both with gh workflow run and no --ref,
so the copy on main is the one that runs, but a workflow_dispatch
trigger keeps both past the loop that drops schedule-only workflows.
As a result, the v1.19 and v1.20 branches carry copies that never
run and drift out of date.

This commit adds both files to the list of main-only configuration
removed from a new stable branch.
