Zod 3 to 4 is a major upgrade, and this PR breaks the build. test:types in @cipherstash/stack fails with 10 type errors (for example, EncryptConfig assignability, z.record now needs 2-3 arguments, and col is unknown). The same break causes the Node 22/24, Bun, E2E, WASM and Drizzle/Supabase v3 integration failures. This needs a manual migration to the Zod 4 API, not a Dependabot bump.
