This PR migrates an old client app to a code example. The app is self contained and generalized now and provides a nice example of how a client could use a data catalog/custom home page built in rshiny.
The demo app is currently available here: https://platform.civisanalytics.com/spa/#/services/5893 but could be launched under another user in the future
