feat(mosaic): Configure the profile on MosaicProvider - #10546
Moves profile configuration to MosaicProvider, so the menu and the profile are set separately. A user-only UserButton beside an OrganizationSwitcher can now share one combined profile.
Breaking:mode on UserButton and UserProfile becomes combined. userProfileProps, organizationProfileProps, the profile URLs and modes, and afterLeaveOrganizationUrl move off UserButton and OrganizationSwitcher. UserProfileMode is removed. Profile props drop appearance, and customPages no longer takes link items, including on the legacy modals. There is no shim.
UserButton combined={false} only narrows the menu. To keep an account-only profile, also set profile={{ combined: false }}.
With experimental.newProfiles, OrganizationSwitcher now opens the combined profile by default.
UserProfile and OrganizationProfile fall back to the provider for each prop they don't set.
Unverified: the specs in integration/tests/mosaic were not run against the updated templates.

Walkthrough
MosaicProvider now accepts shared profile configuration for user and organization profile settings. Switcher and profile components use that configuration for combined-profile behavior, routing, custom pages, page order, and organization-leave navigation. UserButton and UserProfile replace the mode prop with a combined boolean. Custom profile links are removed in favor of pages with paths. Tests, integration templates, and profile-permutation stories use the updated configuration.
Shared profile configuration has no identified merge-blocking issue. Run the normal checks before release.

Pass combined instead of mode in the shared test block.
The loop passes { mode } to tree and renderUserButton. UserButton derives its internal mode from combined, so the user iteration can render the combined menu and no longer tests user mode. The same object literals can also fail the test project's typecheck because mode is not part of the public UserButtonProps.
Use combined: mode === 'combined' for all three calls.

Drop appearance and link items from the profile props, read the provider
in one place in the switcher, and keep the provider's profile when the
user profile modal reopens after a redirect.
User-only UserButton + OrganizationSwitcher share one combined profile
Before, the user-only button opened an account-only profile and the switcher a separate organization profile. After, both open one profile with Account, Security, General and Members, the switcher landing on General.
