Exact lxml 6.1.3 and all scripts requirements install successfully in a fresh Python 3.14 environment; pip check, HTML/XML and BeautifulSoup lxml backend smoke checks, updater imports/book parsing, all twelve link-checker tests, pinned Hugo 0.160.1 production build and 5,394 internal references pass. Change remains only the lxml minimum.
