The readiness battery rejects valid OpenCode versions such as
opencode v2.0.29because it only accepts a bare2.*prefix. Accept actual V2 version reporting and additionally compare the direct lab-owned binary version against the/usr/local/bin/opencodelauncher to detect stale launchers. Fix outdated configurator path in warning and add regression tests. Does not change executable, model configs, or security boundaries.
