Build template disk in tmpfs when available and relocate after shutdown - #63

- Detect /dev/shm capacity and use tmpfs build directory when >= LABLOOP_TMPFS_MIN_G (default 48G)
- Create qcow2 in BUILD_DIR with cache=unsafe for RAM-backed builds
- Move finished image from tmpfs to IMG_DIR after shutdown
- Normalize stored XML: rewrite relocated disk path and strip cache='unsafe'
- Switch to --install bootdev=cdrom and attach ISO via SCSI controller
- Add console=tty0 to installer boot parameters alongside
