Changelog entry, dated 2026-10-19, for the Cloudflare API MCP server (mcp.cloudflare.com) supporting MCP step-up authorization and the Minimal consent template. Shipped in cloudflare/mcp#275 and cloudflare/mcp#296.

Fixed. Line 13 now reads Refer to [authorization in MCP](/agents/model-context-protocol/protocol/authorization/) per the links style guide (.agents/references/style-guide.md:171 — no Learn more about before a link). pnpm run check passes.
