NOTE: This release is primarily targeted at downgrading the Go version of the provider, which normally users don't need to be aware of.
This is because of a newly introduced change in Go 1.27 changing the
ClientHellopacket length for SSL handshakes. If you'veexperienced issues with SSL handshakes in the 19.4.0 provider this release should resolve the issue, HOWEVER you should investigate
which part of your network is causing the SSL handshake issues since the Go 1.27 version update will be consumed in a later version (at the latest in 19.10 because of Go maintenance policies).
