…evelopers Add a paragraph and three bullets to "Changes for Plugin Developers" in the 15.10 upgrade page (ja/en/de/fr/es/zh-cn/ko) covering the jars that 15.9 shipped in WEB-INF/lib and 15.10 no longer does: the JAXB libraries (jakarta.xml.bind-api, jaxb-core, jaxb-runtime, txw2, istack-commons-runtime), jempbox, xmpbox and juniversalchardet. A plugin that uses classes of these libraries has to include them in its own JAR, because the 15.10 WAR no longer provides them.

Adds a short note to "Changes for Plugin Developers" in the 15.10
install/upgrade.rst(ja, en, de, fr, es, zh-cn, ko; 15.10 tree only) about libraries that are in the 15.9WEB-INF/libbut not in 15.10:jakarta.xml.bind-api,jaxb-core,jaxb-runtime,txw2,istack-commons-runtimejempbox,xmpbox,juniversalchardetjakarta.activation-apiandangus-activationare still included.
