Summary
Add tests for character counting with accented text (café).
Add a test for a multi-code-point emoji (❤️).
Add tests for word counting with accented characters and Hindi text.
Testing
Ran pytest — all 43 tests passed.
Ran git diff --check.
These changes improve Unicode test coverage for count_chars and count_words without changing the existing implementation.
Closes #30
