Add support to generate guides using MDX

Problem

Currently, the astro project doesn't have support for articles. We need to add support for use @astrojs/mdx. To start with, we need only the support for use the Content API for render the articles.

Requirements:

• Support for a feature image (can be optional).
• Title.
• Description.
• Tags.
• Content.
