Summary

• Rebuild the README into a complete visitor guide covering purpose, setup, usage, configuration, API, architecture, testing, deployment, security, troubleshooting, and limitations.
• Add project-specific governance/docs: contributing guide, security policy, changelog, issue templates, pull request template, asset register, and architecture notes.
• Add a dependency-free smoke check plus package metadata/Node engine information.
• Replace the remote Oreo Lottie dependency with a local original SVG mascot and document asset provenance.
• Improve .env handling, GitHub network/TLS error messages, raw GitHub file URL construction, and API health version reporting.

Notes
