🐛 fix: refresh tokens before expiry and harden .env handling - #11

- Force refresh_token grant: valid tokens were reused until ~10s left
- Use the 30s-timeout HTTP client for token requests, pass context
- Find config from subdirectories in get, resolve targets to config dir
- Write .env atomically with 0600 perms, preserving modes and symlinks
- Wall-clock refresh loop with backoff, survives suspend, stops on SIGTERM
