- Add agent command with status/refresh/stop; bare authk is deprecated
- get and inspect use the agent's current token when it runs
- Single renewer, deduplicated on demand, safe with refresh rotation
- Private per-config socket, stale socket replaced, AUTHK_SOCK override
- Fix pre-existing errcheck lint issues, banner moved to stderr
