- Add agent list/ls, logs [-f], stop --all; ID prefix on status/stop
- Add --detach: background agent with log file, returns when ready
- Allow one agent per .env file when the config has no targets
- get/inspect pick the matching agent, fail clearly when ambiguous
- Never use ~/.env implicitly; warn when --env is ignored by targets
