Update Step 5 copy: manual, assisted, and CommandLayer-native ENS activation

Motivation

• Clarify the user-facing activation instructions in Step 5 to reflect the current manual flow and upcoming assisted automation.
• Introduce the planned CommandLayer-native activation option and set expectations about payment/provisioning and required wallet usage.

Description

• Updated public/claim.html Step 5 panel to replace the old "How to add these records" block with three sections: Current Session 1, Coming next, and CommandLayer-native activation.
• Added three activation method cards (Manual, Assisted, CommandLayer-native) below the new messaging to present activation options succinctly.
• Added an important-note block clarifying that no wallet connection is required to generate the package, a wallet is required to write ENS records, and payment/provisioning is required for CommandLayer-native activation.
• Preserved existing outputs and controls including the generated records display, the records download button, the copy buttons, Ed25519 key flow, and no simulated wallet/ENS writes or API/schema changes.

Testing

• Ran npm install successfully with no install errors.
• Ran npm test and all tests passed (26 tests; 0 failures).
• Verified there is no build script in package.json, so npm run build was not executed.
