Remote access is configured with host=0.0.0.0. Set LEMONADE_API_KEY via a systemd override at /etc/systemd/system/lemond.service.d/override.conf before exposing the service.
Models download on demand — increase disk size if you plan to run large models.
Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.
Thanks! Got this installed on a fresh setup of PVE 9.2.10 and works great for LLM models (Qwen / Gemma) all worked without issues.
For Whisper-Large-v3-Turbo loading the model failed; turns out whisper.cpp (Vulkan backend) fails with exit code 127 when lemond runs as the systemd service, but works fine when run manually in a shell. Two missing env vars not propagated to the child process under systemd:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH (whisper-server's bundled libwhisper.so/libggml.so aren't found, no RPATH set)

Just trying this out. Since the script instructions direct you to the web frontend after install, it would be good for the web frontend to mostly work - or at least give a little more details on how to make it work. I understand the security implications, and there was a little bit of info, but it took piecing together a bunch of different docs to figure it out.
Perhaps it would be worth pre-populating the override.conf with localhost as an allowed origin, and a random API key? Or with both, commented out?
my process, for folks who might be as systemd-unsavvy as me:
systemctl edit lemond.service
### Editing /etc/systemd/system/lemond.service.d/override.conf
### Anything between here and the comment below will become the contents of the drop-in file
