Code to generate input for gne with possible subselections, using limitis within dictionaries.

This code calculates cold gas metallicities, apparent magnitudes and L_ext/L ratios from GALFORM outputs.

  • validate_files.py provides an example of how to run the hdf5 structure validation of the input files.
  • generate_input_files.py provides an example to generate the input for one case directly using python.
  • generate_input_slurm.py provides an example of how to submit jobs using the slurm queing system.
