Use Apple system typography - #37

Text now uses the visitor's system typeface, the way Apple's pages do: SF Pro, PingFang SC and SF Mono on Apple devices. Headlines are semibold with Apple-like tracking, and labels, buttons, chips, navigation and table headers use the same sans in sentence case. Monospace stays only on real code: tool names, paths, terms and code blocks. The Chinese hero headline scales with the viewport so its last line no longer breaks before the full stop. The bundled Bricolage Grotesque, JetBrains Mono and Noto Sans SC subsets, `scripts/fonts.py`, the font check and the font notices are removed, and the brand images are re-synced in Inter from the organization. `npm run check` passes, including the Playwright and axe suites in light and dark mode.
