Invalid link targets can currently abort a scan with exit code 2, hiding findings in later links and files. Report invalid filenames and overly long paths as markdown-local-link findings instead, continue scanning, and exit 1. Permission and other inspection failures remain execution errors.

Adds regression coverage for the reported NBSP reference destination and an overly long filename, including checks that later findings are still reported. Documents the behavior.

Validation: 32 tests pass on macOS; formatting and Clippy pass. The combined implementation retained identical findings across all 15 benchmark repositories. The Windows-specific reproduction is covered by a regression test and awaits Windows CI.

Closes #2.

A link target the OS can't stat aborts the whole run (exit 2) instead of being reported
