Withdraw the broken Desktop 0.2.0 download while the corrected 0.2.1 unsigned prerelease runs its release gates. The existing unavailable state removes the installer link in both the rendered page and update feed. Windows remains Coming soon. Replace this manifest only after anonymous verification of the published 0.2.1 assets.
Validation: website tests pass. No application code changes.
