What changes for the user
Before: there is no 1.1.0 release, so the Look setting from PR #11 only exists in CI build artifacts.
After: the repo carries
.github/release-notes/v1.1.0.md, which the Release workflow needs before it will build and draft a release. Nothing in the app changes.The notes describe the Look picker and the three looks, say the exe replaces the 1.0.0 copy with settings carried over, and repeat the SmartScreen and Defender advice from 1.0.0.
