Before: the README said Phase 1 was still being tested and Phase 2 was "in progress", didn't mention the USB adapter receive-stall / old Realtek driver warning, and had nothing about what we learned on real hardware.
After: the README says Phases 1 and 2 are done and hardware-tested, lists the receive-stall and old-driver warning under Phase 1 features, adds two troubleshooting rows (adapter stopped receiving; jumpy ping times with AV-over-IP gear), and has a new Field notes section: NAV/AV-over-IP multicast on an unmanaged switch inflates ping times (use a managed switch with IGMP snooping), the Realtek RTL8153 old-driver stall, and managed work laptops blocking new unsigned exes.
