Mark Phase 3 done and hardware-tested (PJLink not yet tried), explain why Crestron discovery is left out, describe the discovery firewall rule and the new Core/Windows pieces, and record the Phase 3 results. Releases carry a single exe (for example ProDHCPServer-v1.0.0-win-x64.exe), so there's no unzip step. Actions artifacts stay for trying branch builds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01ASVBnmWd9goyznUY155q4S

What changes for the user
Before: the README said Phase 3 was being built, told people to download builds from the Actions tab and unzip them, and the Phase 3 checklist had no results.
After: the README says all three phases are done and hardware-tested, with PJLink discovery the one item not yet tried on a real projector. It explains why Crestron discovery is deliberately left out, mentions the second firewall rule used for discovery, and describes the new Core and Windows pieces. Download and run now points to the latest release, where the exe is a single file such as
ProDHCPServer-v1.0.0-win-x64.exe, with no unzip step. The Phase 3 checklist records the 2026-10-16 results and points at the latest build onmain.Note: v1.0.0 isn't published yet (the release workflow is in PR #9), so the "latest release" link shows no release until it is.
How
Docs only. The README screenshot is unchanged: main's latest CI shot looks the same, because the Found on the network section only appears while the server runs.
